- অর্থপ্রদানের শর্তাবলী: আমাদের পরিষেবার জন্য অর্থপ্রদান আগাম বা পারস্পরিক সম্মত শর্তাবলী অনুযায়ী প্রয়োজন। আমরা নগদ, ব্যাঙ্ক ট্রান্সফার, মোবাইল ব্যাঙ্কিং বা লিগ্যাল এইড এন্ড লয়্যারস বিডি দ্বারা নির্দেশিত অন্য কোনও পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমে অর্থপ্রদান গ্রহণ করি। সম্মত শর্তাবলী অনুযায়ী অর্থপ্রদান করতে ব্যর্থতার ফলে পরিষেবা বিলম্বিত হতে পারে বা বাগদান বন্ধ হতে পারে।

- গভর্নিং আইন এবং এখতিয়ার: এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুসারে পরিচালিত হবে এবং বোঝানো হবে। এই শর্তাবলী থেকে বা এর সাথে সম্পর্কিত যে কোন বিরোধ বাংলাদেশের আদালতের একচেটিয়া এখতিয়ারের অধীন হবে।
- সংশোধনী: লিগ্যাল এইড এন্ড লয়্যারস বিডি পূর্ব বিজ্ঞপ্তি ছাড়াই যে কোন সময় এই শর্তাবলী সংশোধন বা পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। যেকোনো পরিবর্তন আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে পোস্ট করার পরে বা সরাসরি ক্লায়েন্টদেরকে অবহিত করার সাথে সাথে কার্যকর হবে।
- বিক্রয়োত্তর সেবাঃ আমরা কোন রকম বিক্রয়োত্তর সেবা প্রদান করিনা। তবে আমাদের সেবা গ্রহনের পরে আমরা পরবর্তী করনীয় সর্ম্পকে গাইডলাইন দিয়ে থাকি।

Thank you for choosing Legal Aid and Lawyers BD for your VAT, TAX, and Company services. By engaging with our services, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services Offered: Legal Aid and Lawyers BD provides VAT, TAX, and Company services including consultation, registration, filing, and compliance assistance as per the laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
2. Delivery Time: We strive to deliver our services promptly and efficiently. However, the delivery time for completion of services may vary depending on the complexity of the case and workload and always we try to set the time by communicating with clients. Generally, we aim to complete our services within 30 days from the date of engagement. In case of any delay, we will inform you promptly and provide an estimated timeline for completion.
3. Return Policy: Legal Aid and Lawyers BD maintains a strict no-return policy for services rendered. Once services are initiated and provided, they are deemed non-refundable. However, if there are any issues or discrepancies with our services, please contact us immediately, and we will endeavor to resolve the matter to your satisfaction. If we can not complete our job in time for our responsibility we will refund your amount without government fees.
4. Payment Terms: Payment for our services is required upfront or as per the mutually agreed terms. We accept payment via cash, bank transfer, Mobile Banking or any other method specified by Legal Aid and Lawyers BD. Failure to make payment as per the agreed terms may result in delayed services or termination of the engagement.
5. Confidentiality: Legal Aid and Lawyers BD respects the confidentiality of our clients’ information. We undertake to keep all information provided to us confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without prior consent unless required by law.
6. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of services and documents that required to provide by clients. Any delays or errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client may affect the delivery time and quality of services.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
8. Amendments: Legal Aid and Lawyers BD reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying clients directly.
